To Optimize your fueling plans with VIZZN start by looking at VIZZN’s interactive job list –a fuel icon will show if site leaders have identified that fuel is required.

Re-Sorting this same page by equipment or site status, can quickly identify omissions or incorrect inclusions. For example, here is a site that was shut down for weather all day shouldn’t be scheduled for fueling or a site that was active all day with 12 active pieces of equipment –should be scheduled for fueling.

Once this list is accurate – go to maps and then sites, filter by fuel and then plan the most efficient route. Consider changing the screen view to identify the best route options.

Once you have the perfect plan, you are ready to dispatch your fuelers - first select the safety paperwork required – Vizzn will automatically ensure this gets completed, then select the jobs sites for each fuel truck and then set the schedule

Pressing submit will send that dispatch directly to the fuel truck driver via the VIZZN APP

Your fuel truck drivers can then rely on this schedule and VIZZN’s built in site directions. Vizzn not only provides the exact site directions to the specific site entrance but also provide guidance within the site to the exact location of the equipment laydown. Important details for night time fueling.

Once the fuelers begin fueling they can record fuel disbursements and machine hours as required – as they progress VIZZN tracks completed machines and indicates what machines are still yet to fueled on that site. Never miss a machine again.

Back in the office - track the progress of your fuelers real time and even replay their routes after the fact – this is a great tool for designing a more efficient fueling plan for tomorrow.
